ABOUT USThanks for visiting the Rapides Parish Coliseum Website. The existing coliseum was built in 1965, the 48 year old, dome building has hosted thousands of events over the years from concerts, monster truck shows, trade shows, the Rapides Parish Fair, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). The coliseum is located at 5600 Coliseum Blvd in Alexandria, Louisiana.
After passage of $23 million bond issue and maintenance millage on November 6, 2012, the future of the coliseum looks even brighter. Read Town Article.
